Finally the monsoon and accompanying rain has arrived to the Valley of the Sun. Along with the monsoon, thunder and lightening storms were experienced throughout the valley this week. New wires were sizzling when one Sun City West home sustained a direct hit and was totally damaged by lightening. Rain is always a welcomed sight in Arizona and although lightening storms are colorful, they too can be dangerous. Thankfully no one was hurt in this Sun City West home.
