It's easy to see the housing and the frenzy, but do you really feel it. I don't feel it something just does not feel other than an artificial stimulation. Once that really runs out, then what? Where are the jobs and who is working and producing? One half sits watching Dr.Oz and the other sits at a terminal.
Winston: Yes, we really feel it in Phoenix. I've been in multiple offer situations all year. Plus, the inventory has dropped drastically. I subscribe to Michael Orr, Cromford Reports, who specifically states that we are out of the woods and that we'll have a new construction shortage!
We like your statement "trust the professionals who are knee deep in the real estate market" ...that's the best way to keep in touch with what's really going on in the local markets!
