Today a cyber friend told me she wants to sell her place and move (to another place).  She 'knows' her market is terrible so she hasn't even started the process.

I don't 'know' her area BUT I do know how to contact peers who do.

A quick search in the Active Rain posting and I found a great Seller's Agent that I can feel confident in referring her too.

A couple of minutes searching the community she hopes to move too and I 'found' a great Buyer's Agent.

 

I know it sounds like I am bragging but I am really am just sharing what we can all do in this community of bloggers.  I am sharing one more tool we have to help our family/friends/cyber-friend/etc find great agents to work with in areas outside our personal sandboxes.
