The Arbors at Dogwood Creek is a gated covenant protected community that is located just south of Elgin along Highway 95.  This subdivision has estate sized lots for custom built homes. The roads in the subdivision are paved.  There is a community park and a second gated entry that is used specifically for construction traffic. The closest shopping is in Elgin about 4 miles away.
