Biggest Mistakes Sellers Make during this market:
1. Making small price reductions again and again. It's like chasing the tide and you never catch up to the market value. It's better to cut the price another 10%, and you may end up with people bidding on your house
2. Choosing the wrong broker. The top 10% of agents produce 90% of the commissions. Go ask the broker who are the top 5 in the office and then pick one of them.
3. Waiting to sell your home. Don't do it; sell it now, because everyone is thinking that way. When everyone decides it's a good time to sell, the competition will be even worse. It's better to just cut your losses and go.
4. Clutter!
5. Not taking the first bid. Two out of three times, the very first offer is the best offer.
