That is a very low number, 3.9. I'm guessing the Sellers are pretty happy. Is there much new construction in the area?
Hi Wayne . . . there is some new construction going on, I wouldn't say all that much, but enough ;-)
It sure sounds like a good time to look at Beaverton Real Estate...even with inventory decreasing, prices are getting even lower...wow!

Hi Carla, great market report, easy to read and understand, home prices going down however number of units sold were up.
Carla, I was surprised at the numbers. Your market changed quickly from a buyer's market to a seller's market based on the absorption rate. Homeowners must have decided it is a good time to sell since your inventory is way up, as are sales so there are enough buyers. I am surprised though that the home values have come down slightly. With these home values "so low" (compared to our CA market) do you find that there are more Californians buying vacation homes?
