I love living in Silicon Valley California too. Many people point out the negatives but those of us who love it here prefer to see the positives.

Lisa,  I think California is a beautiful place to live.  Lived there a long time ago.  It reminds me of south Florida, where I am now, without the mountains.  The mountains are gorgeous!  Florida is flat but still very tropical and beautiful in the area I'm in.

Elyse, I've been to Florida many times, and love it. July was a little challenging, but I love the
warm, tropical beauty of Florida :)

I will be visiting Michigan for the first time, so it will be interesting to compare the summer there!
