From meditation comes inspiration
I like to think.
With modern stresses this has become somewhat of a luxury - pushed aside by the urgent though not always the important.
The most productive parts of my life have been those where I indulged myself in considerable thinking often combined with brainstorming and lateral thinking, using the advice of my round table of experts both real and imaginary.
I realize that this process is not something I have grown out of, but something that had been relegated to "later" until it has all but disappeared. Thought: it is really part of keeping an eye on my business.
Meditation has always proved a valuable tool when I have indulged in it. It is now back in. Not "instead of" but "as well as". By rising earlier, I have the time to devote to this process. In early morning hours, my world is peaceful, with no interruptions; challenges have solutions, ideas flow inviting, even begging implementation. A mere week back into this practice has produced tangible results.
The benefit of recording these thoughts? The hard copy seems to anticipate and promote further investigation.
