8 Comments on Homes for sale in Lovettsville, VA. Good value for this rural Loudoun County community.
Lenn - there are so many types, sizes, styles all so beautiful and in so many different ranges for sale in Lovettsville, VA. What an amazing variety of such wonderful homes, all on a nice size piece of property. Nothing like that in my area on NJ! You get a lot for your money in Lovettsville!
BTW - I saw your comment on Deb's blog and so wish you could make it to NYC! I would have loved to meet you! You sure there's no way you can make it?! We need an expert Broker/Realtor such as yourself!
Lenn, all of these listings look great. I am surprised at the list price difference within the same zipcode. I appreciate the different architecture. Very nice. Hope they sell quickly.
I saw your comments on a post yesterday I think, about how homes were sitting. With so many other parts of the country blowing up, why is your neck of the woods in slow-mo? For $299k I can only show mostly condos. In my town of Encinitas a cheap 2/2 condo in $200k.

There is a nice selection of non-short sale single family homes in Lovettsville Virginia.
Good luck and success.

Kristine. I tried but the train connections don't work. I may fly up but that's such a hassle at the airports these days, I may not.
Anja. That's what one will find in most small towns in Northern Virginia.
Michael. It's commute costs that caused the slow down in Lovettsville. When gasoline went over $3.00 a gallon, real estate slowed dramatically in the Northern Virginia suburbs past Leesburg.
Lou. I love "non-short sale".
William. That "last one" is special. Sadly, the builder, Equity Homes, went out of business in the real estate crash 2007, but there are some wonderful Equity built homes in that community.
What could we do to persuade you?! Come on, life's short and you're adventurous! Come up and see us; we'll have so much fun and I'll bring my camera! Debbie Gartner also told me to talk you into it and you know Roger would love to meet you in person! Do I have to call you?! lol.
Kristine. I shouldn't have suggested that I'd try. I should have just shown up if possible.
Can't make it by train. I'm still going to try a shuttle. I've been tied up today.
