Century City Condo sales increased in the 2nd Quarter of 2012 over the 1st Quarter.

The buildings with more than 6 months’ inventory are Century Hill, Century Towers, Park Place and The Century.

The rest, Le Parc and Century Woods especially, favor the seller.

The median sales price in Century City is up around 18% over the same period last year.

There were 16 more sales over the same period last year

The sales vs list price is up slightly.

Overall the Century City condo market is heading in the right direction.
