How many transactions and what income would be produced when you act as a Buyer's Agent?
The same on the other side - What will you earn when you are representing the Seller?
In each case, you need to decide the sources of this income. Where will these clients come from?

Prospecting and farming and handing out your business cards each day. I like to go to the 7-11 and the local WAWA and wear my name badge at the coffee bar. I have gotten alot of people talking to me that way!
ACTIVE|RAIN and internet leads. This is definate must! If you blog consistantly, and comment, and make new friends on A|R, then it is a given. By the end of the year, I am sure I will be moving this one up to the top of the list on how I will get new additional business. A|R does indeed work. It is prospecting! I have already had 4 deals as a direct result of my time here in the Rain. I expect many more.
Active|Rain is one wonderful place, and It is definately on my 2008 business plan, in securing new clients and turning them into past clients.
