I missed this post, so thanks for re-blogging! Yes, hard, consistent work for your key terms. That's it!
Tammie - excellent reblog and the best news for me is Richard's conclusion: "But Google’s ideal of returning relevant, natural content is becoming more of a reality every day.... I am number one for stagers in my area and it's not because I'm an SEO expert. I'm learning more every day, but blogging on my website and AR is what really helped me reach the top.
I don't always think more is better... having 200 mediocre blogs that don't link to each other is certainly poorer than having 10 really great optimized and inter-linked pages. Just my opinion and what I have seen lately. :)
Tammy: Agreed, excellent post by Richard. Google's updates this past year certainly point the way to their intention that good relevant organic content is what they want to deliver. Writing content that is what and where people are looking for is key. And, as you say, you need to keep them there.
Hi Tammy~ I need to consistently post good, relevant blogs that people want to read AND I need them to want to call me. I know I can make this happen!
