A recent staging project of Stage a Star in Cincinnati was a house of a very sweet elderly couple. We were called in before it was re-listed with a different Realtor.  I will be blogging more about this home but I just had to show the before and afters of the bathroom makeovers.  The homeowners were willing to only update the light fixtures but by using staging to "update" the look....this had amazing results!

Side note here: I did not choose the track lighting for this bathroom. I had selected something completely different however, when the homeowner & Realtor went shopping, they went to a different home improvement store that didn't carry what I recommended so they chose the track lighting.  My professional photographer Jenny made it look great though!

Updating your home with minimal updates and staging can make all the difference! Instead of sitting on the market for months and months, call Stage a Star...we can assist you in getting that offer!  We have the creativity and experience and have been home staging in Cincinnati since 2005.

Teresa ~ Great job!  I hate those pieces on the seat and tank - I think they are as bad as a rug around the toilet!  Thankfully, you got rid of them! Both bathrooms look much more up to date.

Teresa.  You made a HUGE difference.  Excellent job.  Proof again that staging doesn't always have to cost a fortune.  Is Kevin Foster based close to you?  Sounds like you may have a new client soon.  :-)  Congratulations!

Charlene,

I'm in Columbus, which is approx. 2 hours NE of Cincy.  I'm also a REALTOR®, and I'm very supportive of the staging industry.  I'm looking for someone of this quality in Central Ohio for recommendations to future clients.  If I were a customer looking to sell and stage, I would certainly consider Teresa based on her online presentation.

Teresa, can you tell me where I can get one of those toilet seat/tank sets?  I've never seen one with ruffles on them before :-)  Great job!

Terry, I've seen them at the Swap meet held at the old drive in theater just south of Indianapolis.  If you'd like I could pick one up for you?

Thanks everyone for stopping by and for the kind words...:)

Terry: Isn't that great that Gary can send you one of those toliet sets?...I've heard they have them with the goose too!   After I staged the bathrooms...I was thinking..."Harvest Gold never looked soooo good!"  LOL!

Teresa, the staging takes that bathroom out of the seventies and into the present.  Great job.  Betty
