Have fun with the hogs n rods in Anchorage. Your featured condo looks very similar to a condo I used to have in Anchorage on Fireweed a long time ago.

This looks like a fun event for everyone. I guess you probably have a shorter window of opportunity for these events or you might switch to snowmobiles during the snow months. Congratulations on the feature.
