This is one of those perfect for summer drinks, you know when the temp outside is near 90 degrees by late morning and just walking outside means breaking out in a sweat.
The original recipe for this smoothie used strawberries which I didn't have so I improvised and used frozen blueberries which I kind of prefer to strawberries anyway.
There's a ton of flexibility/room for creativity with a drink like this and honestly I didn't measure exactly.
Adapted from and Inspired By: Ambrosia Baking's Strawberry Lassi
Ingredients:
Frozen blueberries - I used about half of a 1 lb bag
Greek Yogurt - about half a cup or so
Honey - I don't like things too sweet so only used maybe a tablespoon but totally adjustable based on your preference
Ice - about 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Add blueberries to a blender and let thaw for a few minutes. Add the yogurt, honey and ice. Blend till combined. Enjoy!
