blueberry smoothieThis is one of those perfect for summer drinks, you know when the temp outside is near 90 degrees by late morning and just walking outside means breaking out in a sweat.

The original recipe for this smoothie used strawberries which I didn't have so I improvised and used frozen blueberries which I kind of prefer to strawberries anyway.

There's a ton of flexibility/room for creativity with a drink like this and honestly I didn't measure exactly.

Adapted from and Inspired By: Ambrosia Baking's Strawberry Lassi

Ingredients:
Frozen blueberries - I used about half of a 1 lb bag
Greek Yogurt - about half a cup or so
Honey - I don't like things too sweet so only used maybe a tablespoon but totally adjustable based on your preference
Ice - about 1/4 to 1/2 cup

Add blueberries to a blender and let thaw for a few minutes. Add the yogurt, honey and ice. Blend till combined. Enjoy!
