Carlsbad Homes – New Construction Homes at Emerald Pointe

Carlsbad home buyers seeking a new construction home have some new options at the Emerald Pointe community, a cul-de-sac of only 14 homes with open space just south of Palomar Airport Road off Aviara Parkway.

Jeff - Very nice reporting on Emerald Pointe. Both of the homes you have pictured are very different and both have great curb appeal. Thanks for the info.

Jeff I don't know of any one on her that does more Localism Posts about their community than you do, and everyone of them is loaded with excellent content.

Jeff, Emerald Pointe is truly a beautiful community. You sure have the edge on the real estate market with your insight and local reporting in Carlsbad!
