This will be another great, not to be missed, weekend on the Hood River Fruit Loop. The Fruit Loop is a unique tour of more than 30 Hood River Valley fruit stands and attractions and this weekend local cherries are at their peak so the stands are showing them off!

Although the valley's luscious cherries are among the best ANYWHERE, this celebration offers much more.

Visit the baby alpacas at alpaca farms along the loop. Pick fresh lavendar at its very peak. Sample award-winning, fine wines at local wineries. Shop other fruit and their products, like jams and syrups. Feast on succulent, home-made barbeque. Tour local apple, pear, peach and nectarine orchards. Browse local antiques and custom, unique gifts. And much more. Many sites will offer special entertainment, activities and attractions. There's something for everyone.

Be there this Saturday, July 21st and Sunday, July 22nd. Admission to fruit stands is FREE. Most fruit stands are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., wineries open at 11 a.m.
