To share a little about the history of County Line BBQ. It was formed by some Texans who loved Austin; loved its heritage and historical buildings; loved BBQ; and were committed to running a restaurant based on four principles: First: offer the highest quality smoked barbecue – ribs, brisket, sausage and chicken – with traditional sides of cole slaw, potato salad and beans. Second: provide these BBQ specialties in generous portions at reasonable prices. Next: offer friendly table service with linens and bar service. Finally: feature an authentic location that celebrates the heritage of Texas.
In 1975 they put all these principles into effect at The County Line’s original location in an old speakeasy now known throughout Austin as The County Line on the Hill…and the rest as they say is history. With locations all over the South-west the County Line continues to serve up award winning barbeque in a relaxed setting, that’s so good you'll want to "Get It All Over Ya!".
In 1990, The County Line Restaurants began shipping its legendary barbeque to all parts of the United States by Air Ribs. The same quality products that you've come to enjoy in the restaurants can be shipped right to your door. What better gift could you give your family or friends than to have The County Line cook for dinner.

Jerry,
Those are two things I absolutely love! San Antonio is a bit of a drive on a Wednesday though so I will just have to stick to the BBQ and country music in Houston.
Sounds like a lot of fun and I do tend to make a mess when eating BBQ anyway.
Jerry, County Line BBQ seems like a wonderful place to go. I would like to try the barbecue and my son would like to see the guitar playing! Have a great week.
Yes, Paula. I am sure Houston has both of these, Country Music and Good BBQ. Have a Wonderful Evening!
Yes, Charles. If you are like me, your fingers are always covered with that Great BBQ sauce.
Yes, Carol. I sure you would enjoy the BBQ at County Line as much as I do. Your son would certainly enjoy the music too. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
