Hi Everyone,

I have seen some real estate agents spend a lot of unnecessary money on their websites.  Ironically, a lot of these programmers they are hiring have no clue how to design a website and outsource everything.  Where do these people outsource their programming - www.rentacoder.com or www.getacoder.com.   Check them both out.  I am using rentacoder for a couple of projects, and I am paying no more than $100 for these sites.  Locally, people have given me bids for around $2,500 for the same project.  The team that I am paying $100 for is located in Pakistan, and another team is in India.  I will update everyone on some of the programmers that I am having success with, so you can have the same success too.

One thing that I would advise people to do is to take care with whom they are dealing. There are many instances of people using sites such as rent a coder and having their money stolen. The clients pay and the programmers run off with the cash.

I've heard varying comments about outsourcing to companies in other countries like this. A lot of people say they deliver really crappy products, some say they're fine. I would always be worried about gettiing ripped off by someone in another country with little legal accountability, but if you won't miss the $100, it's worth a shot. Let us know how it goes, I am interested too, I could sub stuff out to people that work for that cheap.
