Driving around rural Minnesota it is amazing to see how tall and healthy the corn crop looks right now! There should be a big harvest this fall for farmers who have taken care of their crop.
Would the farmer have a harvest if they did not first plant the seeds? Of course we know the answer. But if we know the answer why are so many people out there expecting a harvest, praying for a harvest, needing a harvest - that have not planted any seeds.
Even if things are tight and it seems like you have nothing to give, you have to know that sowing a seed is the way to having a harvest. Seed takes time to grow, seeds don't grow over night. However, God is good and faithful and will help you if you take a step forward in faith. Have a need, sow a seed today!

Good morning Chuck,
Lovely post, great analogy. You are fortunate your crops are doing well, so many other states are losing theirs for lack of rain...enjoy!
Good morning Chuck. When things are going good is when you want to plant your seeds so your future is as bright as your present.
Chuck, farmers here in the midwest are not so fortunate with great crops as the drought has set in.
WE need to be planting that seed everyday for you never know whichone will mature into a harvest.
