Wedgwood in Hamilton Township is a large planned community located off US 22/3 just north of the SR48 intersection. Wedgwood offers a variety of home styles and Fischer homes still has new construction available. Originally started in 1995 by Wesreal, Fischer Homes assumed responsibility in 2000.
With two pool locations and a 10 acre green space for play and even the occasional overnight camp out, Wedgwood strives to create that community feel. With a close proximity to the Little Miami River and Bike Trail, Wedgwood is the perfect home base for the avid kayakers and bikers.
With the Little Miami school tax levy passed last fall, home values throughout the area are heading back in the right direction after a couple of brutal years. With almost 500 homes in Wedgwood, there are always homes for sale. Additionally, Wedgwood has a patio home section of 64 homes.
