On the Fence?

TO REFINANCE OR NOT?

That is the Million Dollar Question.  With Interest rates at their all time low, now is the time to get off the fence and Refinance.

And you don’t have to refinance just once. As rates keep dropping, you can refinance more than once.  It all depends on whether you have the equity or money to do so, to get the lower payment.  Also, you want to make sure you will be staying in your home for a period of time to recover the cost of the refinance.

It all depends, pretty much the swing of 1%.   In other words, when interest rates drop 1%  from the interest rate you currently have, that is a big enough incentive to get off the fence and start the refinance process.

I hope these cute puppies got your attention!

But seriously, if you've been on the fence about refinancing or buying a home, now is the time to act! Rates are ridiculously low. Please email or call right away.

Great advice. Some people think that it's not worth it to refinance, because they are already several years in mortgage payment. But, you explained it well. Thank you, Lisa.
