I love trying new things. Especially if it will save me time. A friend of mine recommended trying Happy Grasshopper as an email communication tool to keep in touch with people. At first i was skeptical- how can an email written by someone else improve relationships?

Every 3 weeks, Happy Grasshopper gives me the choice of 3 emails to send out. I edit ever so slightly and hit approve. The following day, a personalized email is sent.

The first email went out. I waited. Slowly, people that I had not heard from in ages replied to my emails. "Karen, it is so good to hear from you, here's what's been going on in my life..." Huh? The second one went out, more replies (and a listing appointment :D)

It appears that Happy Grasshopper has got e-newsletters figured out. I have had more replies to my emails than ever before. Of course I'm responding to them all and rebuilding relationships. I think this program is going to be part of my 2012 too kit!

Now I have to patiently wait 3 weeks until they send me my next email to proof...

Hum, I might try this.  I am finding that to this activity myself is quite time consuming.  I just want the communication to be authentically me.
