Margaret, this sounds like a good listing in Patuxent Manor. Nice market report and good luck with the sale.
Good morning Margaret,
I really enjoyed reading the information you provided on Davidsonville. Your lovely new listing no doubt will not last long on market.
Now THIS is the way to put up a post about a listing and an area. Very well done.
Winston - We've had some Florida-like weather up her lately. Hope you're enjoying the "Sunshine State."
Cindy - Thanks, Cindy. 'Hope you'll think of this home for your military relo buyers headed to Andrews... SO convenient!
Michael - This seller has done nearly everything I've asked and he deserves a quick full-price sale.
Dorie - This is a great little neighborhood in such a convenient location. People relocating to the area probably don't even know it exists... maybe post this will help them find it.
Jared and Amanda - Thank you. I hope there's enough information here to help a buyer find the community and make an appointment to see this home.
Still waiting for that Activerain "Google Juice" to kick in. It seems to be a little slower than usual today.
Be reminded....The outside of a home is just as important as the inside...I saw myself loving it all and my meals being served on that back porch with a hammock close by....
Good looking report for Davidsonville . . . you are raising the bar once again Margaret. .
Excellent blog Margaret. Clearly you know your market. Nice crisp photos. I am sure that you will sell this house quickly at top dollar - good luck!
Hi Margaret,
Congrats on the new listing.
You did a fantastic job by introducing the community.
Great looking pictures
This really sounds like a terrific place to call home. Quiet and tranquil yet all the action of the large cities very close.
Richie - This home has a lot to offer its lucky buyers! Thanks for your comment!
Fernando - This community is such a "secret" from people relocating to the area. I hope some prospective home buyers find this post so they will tell their agents about it.
Laura - I have to give credit to Kathy Ward for the photos. She does a great job, doesn't it.
Wandnna - Thank you! There is so much more to choosing a new home than finding a house. The neighborhood can make or break a sale, can't it?
Chris and Dick - You're right. It is unusual to find this mix! That's why this home is so special.
Hi Margaret, terrific opportunity for buyers in your area. Thanks for sharing with us.
Lots of eye candy to razzle dazzle and draw in a buyer quickly! Good luck on a quick trip to the long real estate closing table.
Margaret ~ Thanks for this very informative post on Davidsonville, Maryland. It looks like a great place to call home.
Ronald, thank you! Where are all those home buyers who want a big workshop? The contractor who gave us an estimate for pre-sale home inspection repairs said that he would put a garage door in the back of the attached garage, so you could drive a truck right through the garage and back to the garage-size shed for loading tools, supplies, antiques, etc.
Andrew - Staging makes a big difference, doesn't it?
Joan - Thank you! Davidsonville is so different from the typical suburban communities. No townhomes, condos, or apartments... just detached homes on large lots.
Margaret, this is a great example of the right way to highlight a listing in your blog. I love your photos - they are clear anc crisp with just the perfect amount of exposure.
Pat - The wonderful posts you write on your listings provide great examples for the rest of us. Somehow, Postlets just don't do it!
Hey, Margaret! I included this post in Last Week's Favorites. Have a great week.
Margaret, a lot of information wrapped up into this listing presentation. Nice way to flow into the listing with a description of the area, the amenities, schools and a great home to allow you to enjoy all of it yourself. Well done
William, I think we're all feeling the pressures of BUSINESS! Ain't that grand? Glad to hear from you, and I'll have to hop on over to your blog, as well.
Hey, Pat - Miss you. I don't know how you have time to do any business with all the AR reading you do... Thanks for featuring this in your weekly post. We'll have to catch up in fall, if not sooner. By the way, your wonderful descriptions of listings always make me want to go see them... you're a huge inspiration!
Ed, Thank you. And shame on me for not doing this with all my listings, right? Hopefully this will be a template for future listing brochures.
