Good morning Anita,

Cumberland Shores should be pleased with the presentation on their community. Even though no homes has sold there in 2012 I'm sure when a seller is thinking of selling they will call Anita Clark..she knows their community.

Anita, Cumberland Shores must be another great Community in your area, especially if there are no homes on the market for sale.  That's unusual, right?

I hope so too Barbara...trying to pickup the pace a bit so I can complete the series this year.

All part of the master plan Dorie.  LOL  ;-)

Bobbie...some areas here do not have much turnover so it is not totally unique.

Anita, you are so clever.  I love your video.  What is the reason that nothing sold in this community this year? Obviously, homeowners don't have to sell short. Has the market not been affected as much by the economy? It must be a very popular community as well; happy homeowners makes for a happy community.

I agree Larry/Sheila, it is a good time for consumers to list their home.

Thanks girl.  Much appreciated Carol Ann.

I will be ready when they do call Pamela.

Very common here John...I guess we take it for granted because it is so prevalent.

Seamless is exactly what I like my transactions to be Joan!

Anja...happy homeowners.  No reason to move when you already like where you are. ;-)

You've got that right Roy...no time like the present to buy.
