9 Comments on How do I get started in buying a home for sale in Lancaster PA?
Nice article. The video link photo is a little blurry in case you didn't notice. It least on my computer.
Using a Realtor to assure one does not pay more than market value is a good point. Someone recently shared that they purchased their home without a Realtor believing they were "getting a good deal." They now realize that they paid $50,000 too much for the house.
Edward and Celia, thanks. The picture is crystal clear on my site.
Sharon, that is unfortunately an expensive lesson. Not sure why buyers believe they will save money by not using an agent. An investor is a different story, but the average buyer has absolutely no reason for not hiring one. Boggles my mind.

Good advice for Lancaster buyers, Cal. I like the personal style of this blog. I would imagine those buyers who find this one will appreciate it too. Have a great Sunday.
fabulous and timeless post that I think will "deliver" buyers calling you for years to come.
Thanks Mike. My day is going to be a great one. You also have a great day!
Tammy, I do hope so. I keep working to make my presence more easily found. Have a great day.

Yes, finding the right representation is the first step, Cal. And buyers could do no better than by selecting you.
Cal, a buyer agent is key and in almost all cases costs nothing to the buyer. Representation is critical to getting the full services of a REALTOR. Excellent post and I hope you have a good upcoming week my friend!!!
Folks it costs you nothing to have a good agent represent your interests when purchasing a home.
Contact Cal and he will help you with no pressure and no hassle.
