One of the things I like about living in one of the southern states are homes with pools. We definitely have many homeowners who turn their backyards into resort style..complete with pool, spa, built-in BBQ etc. With 9 months out of the year to enjoy..it becomes a way of life..casual entertaining for family and friends. Great post..sure to get some buyers and sellers attention!

BLiz...many are so low maintenance these days you hardly have to spend any time cleaning.
