Ginny ~ I did a similar one of the location, but the IDX allows for streamlining the price range. I am planning on a series for the different schools and prices that are popular so the buyer can just go directly to that predetermined search. 

Yes a great feature! and actually rather under utilized.. but does need an IDX on my website to coordinate with it.
