Market Trends Report
Norwalk, Connecticut had a good Spring real estate market. All of the 3 and 6 month market trend indicators are heading in a more balanced market direction. Most importantly for both the 3 month and 6 month trends the number of sales and sale prices are increasing (with the exception of the 3 month Average List Price). Prices are higher than a year ago. This is good news.
However, Norwalk is still a Buyer's Market with 12.8 months of inventory. We use the 12 month figure for absorption analysis. The indicators are moving in the right direction and we hope to see a more balanced market soon.
