2 Comments on Condos For Sale Near GATech Campus | Midtown Atlanta, GA
I did seriously consider having my daughter buy a place while she was in school. In the end she did not. The option was only available for two years for her. I think I would have done it had it been three years. It makes such great sense to do it. Hope you get to sell several for the upcoming year.

Cal: Many GATech Students do undgrad and then go onto grad school. So they can be at GATech for 6 years. A smart move.
And if you immediately put your name on the rental list, you might, maybe, clear that list about the time your student is done with school and turn it into an investment proeperty and rent it.
However, many of the GREAT deals that were foreclosures priced at $50-70,000 are GONE! That would of been the perfect purchase opportunity.
I do always caution, there is no guarantee as to when you will clear a rental list. I have a client that purchased in 2007 that has yet to get their permit. OUCH!
