The Harveston community surrounds a lovely lake with HOA, clubhouse, walking trails and some large sport park and playgrounds.  The elemetary school is Barnett Elementary, a solid 9 on the California scale of 1-10 school rankings.  Harveston in Temecula gives easy access to the schools, restaurants, Promenade mall and commuting via the 15 freeway at Winchester.

Do be careful in looking at your monthly payment for these homes, as the taxes are on the high side and vary depending on exactly which tract the home is in surrounding Harveston Lake.
