Newport Bay was built between 1988 and 1995.  There are four sections  and 230 homes that comprise the community:  Copper Lake, The Hamptons, The Tides and The Estates.   HOA fees are approximately $ 460 monthly in all the communities with the exception of The Estates where it is $ 350 per month.  The fee includes all common areas, cable, lawn care, trash removal, security and reserve funds.  Homes in the The Estates maintain their own lawns.  

 

Newport Bay Club offers a clubhouse, 2 indoor racquetball courts, 8 lighted tennis courts, a full-service pro shop, fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms complete with sauna, and an Olympic-sized pool.  Newport Bay is a pet-friendly community.

Newport Bay Club is centrally located to all types of shopping.  A 5-minute drive in either direction will take you to shopping plazas with grocery stores, banks, dry cleaners, drugstores, gas, etc.   Newport Bay Club is conveniently located to Delray Medical Center, a trauma one center, as well as a short ride to Boca Raton Regional Hospital.   The community is also conveniently located to houses of worship and Interstate 95 for travel as well as 10 minutes to the Town Center Mall,  Mizner Park for some fun things to do, and downtown Delray Beach.

Hi Elyse, Newport Bay Club sounds like a lovely community to call home! I'm intrigued that the HOA fee includes cable as well - that's not something you would find in my area. Considering the price of it, it makes the fee very reasonable in my opinion.

hi Andrea,  Many of the communities here include basic cable in their hoa fees - not all, but many.  Some even take it a step further and will include HBO.  It's a good deal because you only have to upgrade, if you wish, from there.

Elyse I am  amazed how reasonable the Home Owner Dues are. Here in Los Ageles you get nothing for that amount!
