What's For Dinner? Fresh From the Garden in Festival City!

We just had a lovely dinner on our deck in Edmonton!

Herb & Garlic pork chops, with corn on the cob and a straight from the garden salad!
fresh!

Lettuce, cucumber, pepper, fennel fronds and raspberries all picked within the last 24 hours!

My tomatoes aren't ripe yet, but pretty soon...

Farmer Peg,

I don't think that I have ever had a straight from the garden sald, there are usually ingredients missing.  :)

Contractor Tom, I guess the key to a salad fresh from the garden is to plan ahead and make sure you plant all the key ingredients... =D C'mon down and I'll make you one, you don't know what you're missing!
