About this month's panel members...
Judy Currier Fletcher is a long-standing member of PWN and has been the Director of Membership Development for the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce since 2007. Judy has spent her more than 30-year career in building sales organizations and taking companies and products from unhealthy to profitable positions. She spent many years in senior management in advertising media and held titles of National Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and VP among others. Her expertise is in creating sales strategies, projecting new business ideas, and building business alliances.
Audrey Pierson has been in sales all her life…from working in her parent’s department store at 8 years of age, to co-founding Pierson Security Systems with her husband in 1990, to launching Secure Your Success, a training and consulting firm teaching and inspiring entrepreneurs to increase profits through effective sales strategies, to most recently stepping into the role as Regional Dealer Development Manager for Digital Monitoring Products. Audrey is a long-time sales expert and master networker. She twice served as PWN President, and was named the 1997 PWN Woman of the Year.
Leslie DeLuca is a life-long resident of Monterey County and is the Broker/Owner of DeLuca Real Estate with 12 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Her strength is in being an area expert providing inside knowledge of the Peninsula and surrounding communities due to her deeply-rooted family history. She is a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors and PWN. Leslie has effectively developed a successful internet strategy that has bolstered leads and sales by creating a strong internet following from all over the country.
