Monday Morning Motivator & Some Points to Ponder...
On a scale of 1 - 10, be an 11.
~ Unknown
I can only speak for myself, but when I saw this on a young man's shirt in church the other day, it got the wheels turning. How many times have I delivered, less than stellar work, got the job done and said it was okay. Or on a good day, put forth what I thought was, the "Perfect 10" in service, level of professionalism and gave myself a "High 5"?
Maybe it is time to quit second guessing and dig down deep inside and give that little extra effort. One doesn't have to be the loneliest number, it has a twin.
Hi Michael. One doesn't have to be a lonely number is too funny. It is hard to work at an 11 level all the time.
On a scale of 1 - 10, be an 11............I like it, and certainly something to work towards Michael. Make it a great day!
Michael, a great motivator this morning when I feel beat up these past few weeks immeasurably by banks and lenders...it is time to renew & rejuvenate!
Michael, First time I've heard that quote. A valid philosophy to approach life's daily challenges :)
Points to ponder, indeed. I do like the quote. Thanks for the motivation.
Morning Sir Michael glad to see a post from you I like Roger and the rest like the 11. To succeed in this business you need to have that kind of attitude.
Michael reminds of "always do your best even when no one else is looking, you always are! Don't disappoint yourself!" Enjoy your day!
Hola Miguel. Wouldn't 11 mean the one has a twin? ;>)
Giving it your best shot is always the best policy. And showing up early!
Hi Micheal,
Going the extra mile for a client is the way to go. It's not about the money from the work we do, it's about doing a great job and having the client's say it was a great job. No matter what we do, when we do it.
That's what Customer service is all about. Peolpe that are successful always try to be an 11 each and every day.

Have a good week ahead in the Nashville area.

Good morning Michael. Clients have grown to expect an 11 these days so I have just started delivering a 12 for them. lol. Enjoy your day and good to see you back to posting.
Good morning Michael...
Thanks for the early Monday morning smile. I like Randy's comment our clients do expect a 10 so we go the extra mile and pleasantly provide them more!
Have a ten of a day my friend.
John
I love it - Your post today was definitely an 11, and today I'm going to be one, too!
Good morning Michael,
This is a great motivational Monday post. I agree 11 is the only way to be! Glad to see a post from you:).
Morning! I agree, we always have to push ourselves to do better, be better.....it is easy to get lazy..
Michael, exceeding our capacity of 100% or a 10 in this case can only lead to loss of life or limb. I have been there on a few occasions both physically and mentally. The problem lies in understanding that the difference between attaining 1 though 98% ability equals the same energy as moving from 98 to 100%. The upcoming Olympics are a great example of watching who is reaching their limit. Great motivation today however 100% is all that I have!
You are so right, Michael! Thanks for the swift kick in the butt gentle reminder to always do MORE than our best!!
