There are many Agents & Brokers that keep taking about the Real Estate Market hitting bottom. Where are they getting there information, from the the Television (IDIOT BOX)? News Media, News Papers, Internet?
The Real Estate Market may have hit bottom in (Some) Cities & Towns across the Country ... "But NOT ALL"
Agents & Brokers that keep talking to clients and or people in the industry about the RE Market hitting bottom need to be very careful because they may be just putting their foot in their mouth. False information to past & future clients could also cause loss of leads and or discouraged home buyers, which in turn may create less business for you ...
And as for the United States Economy coming back ... well ... it's going to be some time!
