Red Carpet Service, what do those words mean to you? When I first heard that a few weeks ago, my thought was someone in marketing was getting very creative. Anyone in sales knows that you shouldn’t make promises that you can’t keep. Boy, was I in for a surprise!!!
I recently purchased a new mattress and box spring from Macy’s during their last sale. I must tell you, their delivery system, scheduling, follow up have all been exemplary!
My delivery was scheduled within 1 week of my purchase. I received an email confirmation the next day with all of the contact information and an outline of their procedures. To my surprise, I received a phone call 30 minutes before my scheduled delivery time to ask if it would be okay for them to arrive early. YES!!!!!
The delivery team of three were professional and considerate. They arrived with smiles and a red carpet!
This was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Macy’s will be back!
