Well, I did a short review of the Sony NEX-5N Camera a few days ago and promised an update, then fell sick. So I am just getting back to finishing up with some more news about the Sony NEX-5N camera I bought.
I took some photo's for a local agent here in Hendersonville and took the time to do some experimenting. Since the camera comes with an 18-55 mm lense, I wanted to see if I could get more of a kitchen in it. I really liked the results.
Also, I was testing the flash. The light in the kitchen was not working and the flash did a good job. The flash comes as an attachement and screws in the top of the camera, but it is an easy on and off set up. I like it. And it works as bounce light, so the hot spots are not as hot.
The Living Room in this unit is huge and I think it shows the size well.
The flash has several settings and I chose the "Fill Flash". The images have true color and need little in the way of 'fixing'.
The outside of the unit really looks great. I was excited with the clarity. I can crop it to 1/4 the size and still see a very sharp image.
All in all I am very happy with my Sony NEX-5N camera and look forward to more learning with it.
I am going to try and see if there are any other settings for the inside. I think I would like even sharper images and less contrast. I am sure there are more settings to chose from that will make them better.
Has anyone else used the Sony NEX-5N camera? I would be curious to see how you are using it!
