We recently received notice of a 1.34 milion dollar short sale.... for 780,000. Yes, the Mortgage company agreed to the Short Sale. Not only did the Mortgage company agree, they have offered the seller- owner a SS selling bonus. I am overly impressed with the mind set of the mortgage companies view of Short Sales. We were doing SS long before they became popular !! We were one of the pioneer brokers who stuggled with the lender to accept a SS. Now the Mortgage companies are not only geared up to do Short sales, they are also smart to encourage the short sales.
So to all.. Mortgage companies.. Heres to you !!! you have come alone way baby !!
OBTW-- Chase Bank is my choice of Bank and ..If I had the choice .. the mortgage company to work with in Short Sales.. THEY GET IT !!!
