Just Do Something......It Will Come
I just wanted to write a short encouraging blog. I haven't had much time to blog since the beginning of the year....I've been a little busy. I hope your year has seen a lot of activity in your Real Estate World.
I set a goal this year of completing 50 transactions and taking 52 new listings. That may not sound like a lot to some of you, but for me, a single agent with no team, that was a stretch.
Check up time - To date:
28 Closed Transactions
4 Pending Transactions
29 New Listings
I decided at the beginning of the year that I didn't have to do everything I was reading about to make a great agent... I just had to do something and it would come.
Whether it's working FSBOs or Expireds or reaching out and connecting with past clients, communication was the thing I decided to work on the most. When I reach out to my past clients (call about 10 in a week) I found out that there were about 3 of them knew someone who needed my help. When I knock on 10 doors (FSBOs or Expireds) I found 3 that wanted my assistance.
The point was, I couldn't do it all, but I needed to JUST DO SOMETHING....And IT CAME.
