I listed a lovely home in a nice community at a great price last week. In only one week, I have an accepted offer on the home. The seller is very motivated and was willing to price the home where it needed to be to facilitate a sale. The second couple who looked at the home wrote an offer and we were able to work it out. Too many times sellers want to list properties at what they think is a great price and not listen to the advice of a real estate professional. Many times these homes just sit on the market and grow stale. Many times potential buyers rule out a listing that has been for sale for a long time. They reason it hasn't sold because of a major flaw.
