I used to live that-a-way now I'm more north by Daytona Beach.

Lovely listing. That should do well.

Being a Floridian for awhile I do not understand the warm in the ocean breeze part--do you find that helps sell it more? I would think the breeze is enough or maybe some like the cool and can you get sued if they get a cold breeze you know how law suits are today-rampant.

Hi Monika, warm ocean breezes come because we are further south than Daytona area

and the Gulf stream water flows a few miles off the coast , Boca Raton is in a sub-tropic climate.

This makes for a beautiful day in paradise.
