2. Kauai Beach Resort #1219, Lihue. Studio unit 320 sq.ft. MLS#255784 $42,000. Owned by Central Pacific Bank. Sold for $42,000 7/20/2012.

I did get 2 new REO assignments just today. (more about them in a future post) I also noticed 2 new foreclosures in last week’s newspaper, and I know there are 2 foreclosure auctions at the courthouse this Wednesday. I will be going to Maui for a mini vacation Thursday to Saturday so if I am slow to respond to your emails or calls you know why.
