Hi Wallace. We have a shortage of single family rentals in my area.
I'm working with three real estate "teams" * 2 are REMax Conrad * they are referring their departing clients with UNsold homes to me to lease and manage them and then they will RElist and SELL them.
Good morning Wallace,
Rental properties have proven to be a great investment - and having professional management is something I always recommend!
Very good information for prospective investors. Move up home buyers are smart to consider renting their old home rather than selling it.
There is a shortage or rental homes in Alvin, League City, and Clear Lake. I have been considering buying a home to rent out. We see them as cheap as $33,000. here. Amazing!
