Home sales activity in Silverado Court 1 and 2, a neighborhood in the Silverado area of Henderson and Las Vegas, NV was disappointing in the 4th quarter of 2007. Only one home closed, bringing the annual total to 12. This was the first year of resales for Silverado Court 1; in 2006, seven homes were sold in Silverado Court 2.
The existing resale inventory of 15 homes (plus four with accepted offers) represents about a one-year supply, making this a strong buyer's market. Homes in Silverado Court 1 and 2 are located close to schools, shopping and recreation and have quick access to the I-215 freeway.
