Hi! Welcome to the site. I see this is your first post.

There is a lot of reading on this site. I recommend that you read, read, read and then comment, comment, comment. There are so many different blogs to read. There are tons of topics out there from real estate, marketing, technology, seo, staging, mortgage, etc. It goes on and on. You'll start to get to know people and before you know it... you'll have figured out the benefits of the site.

Also check out Resources for the Active Rain Newbie.

    Good luck!

Thank You,  All of you who have supported me in this challenging market. I have been busy working with alot

of cleints who are still on the fence waiting for prices to drop lower and other cleints who say what a great deal.

I'm greatful for the opportunity to have done an interview with Los Angeles Times and next week I have Money Magazine coming to my office. I will be happy to share with everyone. Lately it seems their is not enough hours

in the day as I have been writing mulitiple offers on several properties.

    Good day to all.
