Good for you breaking down the bearer with the buyer sometimes we have to spell everything out to our customers.
Sandy, this is a great post. It's important that a Realtor and their client be speaking the same language, so being open and honest is truly the way to go. Good to hear that this discussion led to the necessary feedback.

I generally have the "it's ok to tell me if you don't like something" talk with all new buyers. After I assure them that it won't hurt my feelings, they generally loosen up.

Good points Sandy. Yes we need good accurate feedback from buyers to be able to find them what they will like.
