sandy,

No way yor market is saturated with distressed properties. Some folks just talk and have no idea what it is that they are really saying. I like the pie charts as they are easy to read and understand.

Sandy

Your real estate market update for beach-side properties shows a strong traditional real estate market.

Good luck and success.

It's interesting to see the low amount of distressed properties in that area, Sandy. Most of ours are at about 40%.

Your market has turned for sure, Sandy.  Such a low percentage of short sales and foreclosures.

Ronald, It's nice to see what's happening in other parts of the country.

Bob, Thank you, the pie charts do make the information so much easier to digest. Our beachside communities are currently strong and healthy. I will be doing the pie charts for our other areas next. I think the ratios are going to look a bit different.

Toni and Gabe, It will be interesting to see how the rest of our market really looks. I believe that Palm Bay is going to show a different picture than the beachside.
