Raleigh, Cary, Apex Area...
Every day I wake up and can't wait to turn on my computer to check all the new listings that have been entered into the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area MLS.
Will today's latest and greatest finally produce that "just right" home for one of my buyers?
Will I get to make that call to schedule an appointment?
When we walk through that door, will my buyers just smile and fall in love with the house that they're ready to call home?
Last month all that happened.
And, the other day we closed on Danielle and Jared's first ever home!
It took three years from the time they first approached me about buying a home. But, they were determined.
With my help and guidance, and with the additional help from the mortgage guru, Nevin Williams, who, by the way, was invaluable during the entire process, Danielle and Jared were able to finally purchase their new Raleigh, Cary, Apex area home!
The looks on their faces when Nevin and I were able to hand them the keys at the closing table was priceless.
