Motivational Power Quote

Exceeding Expectations is in the Eyes of the Customer

“Everyone has the power of greatness.

Not for fame, but greatness.

Because greatness is determined by service”

Martin Luther King Jr. 1929 -1968, civil rights leader, clergyman,

As I see it . . . . . . .

Exceeding expectations is in the eyes of the customer

How your customers judge you becomes the foundation for your business and future success.

The single biggest differentiator is in your customer’s eyes is the quality of your service.

Average customer service will put you out of business. Customers will no longer accept average as an acceptable standard. When a customer sees your service as average they will disappear as quickly as snow melts in Florida in July.

Good customer service is viewed by your customers as just enough to get by. Some customers will stay with good customer service for awhile but as soon as something better comes along they are gone.

Exceptional customer service has become the standard for what customers are looking for. Exceed your customer’s expectations and they will view your customer service as exceptional. Miss their expectations and they will look at your service as average.

Greatness is in the eyes of the customer and they will judge you on the level of the customer service that you delivery to them and if you meet or exceed their expectations and standards.
